A Cloud's Journey

Not content with developing an entirely new visual language, Klaus has now embarked on another journey of exploration in which moods, emotions, memories and places are evoked through a unique blending of striking images and words.

Inspired by the concise beauty of the ancient ‘haiku’ poetry form, and by the elegant simplicity of Chinese and Japanese art and design, Klaus explores the effect of combining the essence of all of these in a single work of art.

Does a picture really say more than a thousand words? Or can the experience be improved still further by the addition of thought-made-words, each phrase perfectly expressed and visualised in typography which is in itself another work of art?

The ‘cloud’ image moving through all of the pieces symbolises the journey through the spirit of the project – ever-moving, constantly changing.
Everything in constant flux.
But always time for contemplation.
