Information we hold about you
If you have bought something from us we will have your email address, phone number and address. Information is only used to help us deliver the parcels and contact you or your delivery address.
Your credit card details are never stored.

Our cookies keep track of the items in your shopping basket and act as place markers when you move around the site.
You may experience problems with our site when you try to buy items. These are usually to do with how you have set up your security settings in your web browser.
If you have your Security Settings in Internet Explorer to 'High' you have disabled cookies. Our site uses cookies to provide some features such as the shopping cart and my account. To use the site you will need to set the security level for the Internet to 'Medium' (under Tools/Internet Options). This is for safe browsing but still functional. What do we do with your information?
In addition to processing your order, we also maintain an order history of your purchases within our own database. This allows us to track your deliveries and review your past's purchases and help you should a problem occur.
Who else sees your information?
We may have to disclose some of your information to service suppliers such as RoyalMail, ParcelForce and other couriers. Your Consent by using our website is that you consent to us using personal information that you have given to klauswuttke.com, and our trusted partners, as outlined in this Privacy Policy statement.

We will not rent or sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third party (excluding partners from whom you may have linked to our site) without your permission. If you have purchased from us previously or advised us of your e-mail address, we may occasionally update you on news and special opportunities via e-mail.
Sales of Art Editions Klaus Wuttke limited- art edition giclée prints can be safely sent to you anywhere in the world. Each print will be carefully rolled, wrapped, and placed in a specially produced protective tube, then sent by first class post using an appropriate carrier such as DHL. If you would like to order one or more prints, please make a note of the title(s) and select a print size, if required. At the checkout, simply add the appropriate cost for postage to the Limited Edition Print price(s). Please allow up to 21 days from date of order for delivery. Your order will be confirmed by email, and an approximate delivery date given.
Cancellation You can withdraw your order without any reason. A full refund will be given.
ReturnsIf you want to return the work(s) a refund will be granted. The work(s) must be returned in its original condition and packaging within 14 days. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
